3. Payment

Project-based work is typically billed in stages, which may include a deposit to begin and a final payment before launch or handoff. Ongoing services may be billed in advance. Unless otherwise stated, prices are in Canadian dollars.

4. Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final website and original content created specifically for you, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party elements such as stock photos, licensed plugins, software, fonts, or external services remain subject to their own licence terms.

5. What We Cannot Guarantee

We provide our services in good faith and with professional care, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as a particular search ranking, traffic level, number of leads, sales result, or business performance because these depend on many factors outside our control.
